We go through with the customer and the supplier:
- The project’s goals and boundaries.
- The operation of the current system.
- We review and comment on the SDD (Software Design Description) and FDD (Functional Design Document) documents prepared by the D365 supplier together with the customer’s representatives.
- We test and give comments on the customizations made by the D365 supplier in cooperation with the customer’s representatives.
- We act as a representative of the client’s company in the ERP project, as an intermediary who understands both the client’s and the supplier’s perspective in the project.
